With January ending, we enter the 2nd round of the best design events 2018. We had a blast at Maison et Objet 2018 and IMM Cologne, now it’s time to keep on going and enter February like we own it. Bearing this in mind, this time, Best Design Guides will give you the best design events in February! Make sure you attend them all, otherwise you’ll regret it for the rest of your glorious 2018.
With over 2,500 attendees each year, Offset has fast become one of the world’s most inspirational, educational and vocational conferences for the design and creative industries. Representing industry at all levels, our speakers are key disruptors and influencers in their field driving everything from huge global campaigns to awe-inspiring personal projects.
Stockholm Design Week
The first-ever Stockholm Design Week was held in 2002 and has since then developed into the most important week of the year for Scandinavian Design, where just about everyone in any way connected to or interested in Scandinavian design meet and thrive, bringing home new impulses, contacts and inspiration. Stockholm Furniture & Light Fair is the initiator behind Stockholm Design Week, which functions as a meeting place for the industry outside of the Fair’s halls. It is also a party for all the design-lovers out there since many of the exhibitions are open to the general public.
SURFACE DESIGN SHOW
Located in Islington, at the centre of London’s design district, Surface Design Show is the event of choice for architects, interior architects, lighting designers and designers. In 2017, 5114 professional and trade visitors came to see, compare and specify the latest and most inspiring internal and external surface materials and architectural lighting. Surface Design Show 2018 gives you the opportunity to engage face-to-face with a hard-to-reach and targeted audience – 37% of whom visit no other A+D event – to generate new business from the UK and Europe’s architectural and design sectors
