The company has chosen to focus on illustrious partnerships and a bold, fresh new look for its living and bedroom design products, which have been expanded and redesigned to form part of an even more versatile and sophisticated collection.
At Salone Internazionale del Mobile di Milano, the brand will feature some exquisite products in first hand but Best Design Guides will unveil you some of them.
The Amante bed is an exquisite bed designed by Cristina Celestino that was inspired by the classical and traditional Italian design. Its materials and structure interact with each other to create lighter volumes and to bring a sense of luxury.
The texture of the side panels in lacquered “grissinato” wood echoes the pleated fabric covering the broad headboard and recalls the furniture created by the renowned master craftsmen, providing Amante with a retro and glamorous style. The result is an elegant and attractive bed with a modern touch and refined look that will fit perfectly in any contemporary bedroom.
The Calvi & Brambilla Studio is a very well-known interior design studio based in Milan which was founded by Fabio Calvi and Paolo Brambilla in 2006. Their works are widely recognized for their passion and knowledge on furniture and lighting which led them to design many pieces for exquisite brands such as Arketipo, Barovier &Toso, Serralunga and FLOS.
Their wealth of experience as architects and designers, combined with Pianca’s expertise and philosophy, is introducing exciting new ideas into the collection. Pianca will be showcasing the LOGOS family, designed by Calvi & Brambilla Studio, which is a set of containers designed for the bedroom.
The Logos family was designed as a tribute to artist and designer Bruno Munari and the unusual geometry of its surfaces allows you to grab the square in your hands in order to enter into it, in an ongoing interaction between two and three dimensional spaces.
Pianca will be presenting at iSaloni 2017 the Maestro table, which a result of another successful collaboration with Emilio Nanni, who previously designed Haik and Asolo for Pianca. His architectural training and experience, combined with the versatile expression of his creativity as designer and artist, lead him to create iconic and highly eloquent designs for which he is widely recognized.
