WAVE is the latest design project from Graft. It is a residential complex located on the banks of the River Spree in Berlin, Germany. This building is completely inspired by the river and the focus is to provide a luxurious residential complex, where people will feel comfortable and happy.
The façade of WAVE has an organic shape, which is enhanced by the reflection of the waters. The entire glass façade allows the entrance of the sunlight that is reflected from the waves. The WAVE was designed to ensure that 70 percent of the apartments have spectacular views of the Spree River.
This project is a great combination of water, waves and light, everything was designed to provide unspeakable sensations. The architecture of WAVE is a direct reflection of its attractive location on the River Spree, considered one of the most beautiful places in Berlin.
WAVE is an astonishing building both inside and outside. Outside we’ve already seen the avant-garde and futuristic design of Graft, but the inside is not left from behind.

Inside the luxury and comfort are everywhere, as well as the amazing view over the River Spree. The penthouses have direct access to their sun decks from the living area, while the studios and flats can purchase their own private roof blocks as an optional extra.
The “fifth floor” of the WAVE building will be composed by gardens and a lounge space, which will become a place for natural relaxation and a truly green oasis at the heart of the city.
