Lissoni Associati Studio was founded in 1986, in Milan, Italy, by Piero Lissoni, an interior designer, architect, and art director. Lissoni is specialized in hospitality design and he has already developed interesting hospitality design projects around the world, which became iconic among the hotel design industry.

The restoration of the legendary Hotel Conservatorium in Amsterdam is one of the greatest projects from Piero Lissoni, who has worked with Cassina to provide furniture, fixtures, and equipment, from both Cassina and Poltrona Frau collections.

The Conservatorium Hotel is an authentic design hotel that combines historical architecture with modern design, featuring 129 bedrooms and suites, an array of restaurants and a bar, as well as a selection of cutting-edge events and banqueting spaces.
Conservatorium hotel is the first member of The Set, a collection created to redefine the concept of the luxury hotel for sophisticated, design literate travelers in the 21st Century.
The Set works with leading architects and designers to renew the essence of the grand hotel and create spaces that are contemporary in conception, and simultaneously evocative of the style and glamor of the past. The result is a timeless space filled with elegance and luxury.
The Mamilla Hotel is situated near Jaffa Gate in Jerusalem. The interiors were thought as a labyrinth, with particular attention to the lighting.
Piero Lissoni brings to the Mamilla Hotel a wealth of product and furniture design, interiors and architectural experience, all these values have fairly positioned him as one of the most respected and renown designers worldwide.
“I spend more than 50 percent of the year on the road, and I use lots of different hotels. Those that I choose reflect my tastes on a personal and human scale; the flowers, the smell, and all the other little details. I’m not talking about fake sophistication, but the way I’m touched by a hotel, a smile, fresh fruit in the room; simple things. These ideas are what I have tried to realize in my work for the Mamilla Hotel, ” said Piero Lissoni regarding this project.
Filippo La Mantia is the new restaurant in Milan and it’s specialized in Sicilian food and tradition. The design created by Piero Lissoni reflects perfectly Filippo’s passions for music, photography, motorbikes, due they are friends, it wasn’t difficult to design a special project for his friend.
The interior design of the restaurant was furnished with selected and custom designed by Piero Lissoni including a bookcase along an entire wall, not with books, but with Richard Ginori’s porcelain and anthropomorphic vases of Caltagirone.
