Quisine by Guy Savoy – Is a fine dining restaurant. The restaurants offers a stylish, elegant and cosy mono-chromatic space enhance by the presence of a few selected pieces of vividly stunning adorning the walls and ceiling. The menu is almost a carbon copy of Guy Savoy’s flagship in Paris but with a few small additions such as “The Pearl” – white chocolate, passion fruit and pineapple dessert.

Opening times – dinner only and opens at 7pm and closed to Sunday.

Hakassan – Chinese restaurant. Hakassan set in the gardens of the St. Regis Hotel, the restaurant also features two private dining rooms, one inside and other outside, as well as a Ling Ling Lounge. Extraordinary service such as a private valet parking complements the award – winning food, which includes Hakassan signature dishes plus those created especially for the restaurant such as stir- fried duck with began and Shanghai friend lamb tenderloin.
