Michelin-star chef, Bjoern Alexander, takes the helm at TWENTY SIX by Liberty as the Executive Chef.

No stranger to Michelin Stars, he started his career with internships at the 3-Michelin Star Schlosshotel Bensberg with Joachim Wissler and 3- Michelin Star French Laundry with Thomas Keller. In 2008, his hard work, talent and passion were rewarded with his own Michelin Star at Gabriele Restaurant in Berlin Germany.

8½ Otto e Mezzo Bombana

Almost two years after the closure of the legendary Toscana at The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, its former Executive Chef—Hong Kong’s very own “Best Italian chef in Asia” Umberto Bombana is back with his most personal and distinctive project ever.

Japanese studio design post headed the interior design of 8 ½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA under the attentive supervision of Chef Bombana. Apart from the dining area, the restaurant features a cozy lounge and bar area with wooden decorations recreating the ambience of a “forest” and soft lightings.

White Cube

White Cube is located in a big building that was renovated and designed by London and Berlin-based architects Casper Mueller Kneer and includes three major exhibition spaces as well as private viewing rooms, office space, a warehouse, an auditorium and a bookshop. To accompany all the exhibitions, an education programme and an ongoing series of artists films, feature films and lectures takes place in the purpose-built 60 seat auditorium.
