Laleh June Galerie
Located on Picassoplatz, Laleh June Galerie focusses on artists working in the fields of painting, illustration, photography, video, installations and new media. Thanks to her international network, gallery owner Laleh Bazargan Harandi has fantastic connections for the presentation and promotion of artists with the most varied of styles and ethnic backgrounds.
Galerie Karin Sutter
With a focus on paintings, drawings, sculptures, installations and videos, this gallery presents current artistic concepts from around the world in regular temporary exhibitions. In addition, the gallery features structured thematic displays. The gallery owner also acts as a consultant for art collectors.
The Thomas Knoell Gallery is located directly opposite the former Beyeler Gallery and the Kunstmuseum Basel. It started displaying exhibitions in the summer of 2011. This year the exhibitions on show at the gallery will feature paintings and sculptures in a classical modern style, including pieces by Picasso, Braque, Kirchner, Jawlensky, Klee, Corinth, Ensor, Hodler, Arp and many others.
Galerie Eulenspiegel was established by Gregor Muntwiler in 2001 and is located at the heart of Basel’s old town. It features contemporary works by national and international artists, focusing on painting, photography and sculpture.

Galerie Mollwo is mainly focused on contemporary art. Mollwo presents works which focus on the effects of colour, shape and material composition.
Nicolas Krupp Galerie firmly concentrates on international contemporary avant-garde art. In addition to paintings, graphic art, sculpture and photography, the gallery also presents video installations and new media art. The former factory on Messeplatz offers the ideal surroundings for large installations. The gallery holds individual and group exhibitions six times each year and has been a regular participant in the Art Basel international art show since 2008.
Projektraum M54 is a platform for exhibitions by artists from the region. The venue puts on three exhibitions each year featuring individual or group works. The programme, which offers a forum for artists, aims to bring together art from the region with that from other regions in Switzerland and abroad.
Galerie Stampa is based on Swiss and international contemporary art. The gallery programme also includes performances, seminars and book presentations, as well as the curatorship of various art collections. The gallery also houses a specialist art bookshop. In 2006 the gallery was awarded the culture prize of the City of Basel.

Galerie von Bartha is interested in constructive and abstract art and design of the 20th century. Exhibitions are held at the gallery twice each year focussing on current programme themes. Additional exhibitions are held in the newest addition to the gallery’s exhibition venues, the von Bartha Garage.
